A veteran Agile transformation coach in Las Vegas, and the host of Dead Sprint Radio.
Hosny Roushdi, known to everyone as Hoz, has spent more than two decades doing one thing: walking into organizational chaos, naming it, mapping it, and giving people a clear path forward. His first real test as a Scrum Master was, in his own telling, a dumpster fire, missed deadlines and a team drowning in obligations no one had put in order. He sat down, saw it, and mapped the whole thing onto a single chart so everyone else could see what he already saw. His manager called it reigning in the dragons. The name stuck, because that is exactly what it was.
Since then he has carried that work into enterprise Agile and SAFe coaching for organizations from the Department of Veterans Affairs to national health and finance. His premise is blunt and human: most organizations are not broken on purpose. They are full of good people drowning in chaos they did not create. His job is to name it, map it, and fix it.
A raw, unfiltered show about real-world Agile: the good, the bad, and the broken. It exposes the dysfunction behind failed frameworks and empty ceremonies, and trades war stories for honest insight and solutions that actually work.
