Who is behind it

Thomas founded Always Questioning as the home for his independent writing and media, the work that ranges past any single subject. For more than twenty-five years he worked inside organizations where accountability was not optional, in regulated finance, large-scale security, logistics, and technology. He writes about AI, judgment, and the decisions we make by not making them, and is the author of The Wrong Default and Take the Call.

Will is a builder. Across thirty-eight years in software he has written the code, led the teams, and shipped the products, rather than overseeing from a distance. He founded and runs Tempest House, a development agency he staffs only with engineers he has worked beside and would vouch for personally, and Atlas Inspire, where he helps established businesses find where AI genuinely moves the needle and then builds something their team will actually use. His rule is one the imprint keeps circling back to: accountability and communication are what separate a good outcome from a frustrating one.

Luna runs security, a remit she interprets broadly. The doorbell is a five-alarm event, the mail carrier a recurring threat, and the vacuum an enemy she will never stop reporting.
