This Policy covers alwaysquestioning.com and the forms and communications connected to it.
2. What we collect
An email address if you become a Member or subscribe to our newsletter; the content of Member posts and any form or submission you send; basic technical data such as IP address, browser, and device that our hosting and form providers process for delivery, security, and spam prevention; and, only where we enable and clearly disclose it on a page, privacy-respecting product analytics. Analytics are off by default.
3. How we use it
To operate the directory and the Member board, deliver newsletters you request, respond to you, keep the Service secure, and comply with law.
4. We do not sell, share, or train on your data
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. We do not run advertising trackers.
5. Service providers
We use providers that process data on our behalf under contract, including Cloudflare (hosting and security), our form and email providers, and Beehiiv (newsletter).
6. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it, subject to legal and security needs.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing, which we do not do. To make a request, email [email protected].
9. Adults only
The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Location and changes
We process data in the United States and prefer US data residency where available. We may update this Policy and will change the date above.
